Success Support Group. Stop complaining and start visualising your success! Here we will help each other to set goals and follow thru on them. Do you really take stock of your successes? Probably many escape your attention. It is important to celebrate your successes. We start and end with some invigorating exercise to loosen up our bodies and become present. Taught by Hiyala Indiga, owner of Body Prayers Yoga and Massage Studio. Group is forming and will meet 1x/month, please let us know of your interest. Held in Village of Coon Lake. Fridays, 11:15-12:15. please call for directions.
Following are classes that Hiyala has developed and will periodically schedule at Body Prayers. She is also available to teach these classes to your group, at your location.
Yoga classes for Youth 
Small class size of 8 allows for individual attention
Focus on
1) going slowly to develop body awareness, coordination, strength, focus and
balance
2) using the breath
for calming and to help with sleep.
. Please sign up in advance, as the class will not
be held if there is insufficient numbers. Four week session runs each
month if there are at least 5 pre-paid youth.
Hiyala offers classes combining yoga, French and Art during
school vacation periods. click here
Yoga, Chanting and Mandalas. In this class we will explore Art as a medium of personal transformation. We will begin to access our soul with some easy & gentle Yoga poses. We'll exercise our voices by singing some easy chants as we hold the poses. After listening to a visualization, we will complete a Mandala, a circular design traditionally used for meditation. Bring your own paper & favorite medium to use. The instructor, Hiyala Indiga will provide basic white paper and colored pencils. Please let us know of your interest.
YOGA PARTIES
If you would like to introduce your friends to the joys of
yoga, have a yoga party. We
will provide quality instruction at our serene yoga studio complete with props (mats, blankets,straps) and you provide the
friends. Or, if you'd rather, we can come to your home. 45-90
minutes of yoga tailored for your group, Perhaps you want to learn about Yoga for
weightloss? or yoga for stress relief? Yoga as a meditation
practice?After the class you can then provide a meal or
snacks and beverages. Or, if you'd rather, we can supply healthy yogic purifying
food. These sessions may also include some of the partner assisted yoga
which you can read about below.
Rates begin at $75 per Hour.

In the past, this has been called "couples yoga, or
partner yoga". But it's not necessarily a romantic thing. Although the pose
in this photo may look intimidating, it is really quite easy. Everybody can
benefit from the hands- on support of another person.
Bring mate, a friend or come alone.
$20/person. for one and a half hours. Let me know of your interest and
we'll schedule a time .
Mindful Practices – Meditation
Learn how to become present in your life through the art of meditation. In this 5 week class you will learn specific techniques that will help you slow down, embrace mindfulness, and enter the gentle bliss of the present moment. Come prepared to learn the proper ways of how to sit more comfortably for seated meditation, how achieve a state of the deep calm through mindful breathing, work with thoughts as they arise while meditating, and how to access greater peace and joy throughout your day. We will focus on yoga postures which prepare the body for sitting and explore various traditional and non-traditional meditation postures. Max. 15. Healing Anxiety, Insomnia, depression and PTSD
Calming poses, calming breath. Good for everybody! Can be offered on
Tuesdays from 7:45-8:45 pm or Thursdays, same time, or thursdays from 12-1:00
(lunch break!) in Circle Pines studio. Need 4 minimum to run this class.
