Be-you-chi-full body: Yoga
for Teenage Girls, ages 12-15. Learn
how to love your body! Come practice yoga and learn anatomy
thru exploration. What kinds of stretches feel good/bad for you? We
will also learn about aromatherapy fragrances, how to use them for good
health, and some easy massage techniques that we can practice on each other.
Instructor: Hiyala Indiga, has taught yoga for 13 years, has extensive training in Therapeutic Yoga. Hiyala also teaches yoga and pilates in private sessions or group at her Circle Pines Studio (Body Prayers), thru Blaine Parks and Rec, and at Serenity Now Healing Center. ffi: www.IndigaArt.com
