new at Body Prayers!   Belly Dancing from 2:30-3:45 on Saturdays beginning Sat March 13th . Come early on that day for our open house and enjoy a free yoga class from 1:15- 2:00.  You can also enjoy a free 15 minute clothes on Thai massage before the yoga class or after the belly dance.  please make your reservation for the massage 11-1 or 4-6pm .  You can pay for a single class @ $15 or the entire series of 6 classes @ $78 (save $12).  Here is the bio for the instructor: . 

 Nasheeta is an award winning professional bellydancer.
 She performs as soloist and is a member of the Sisters of the Sahara bellydance troupe
and Le Cirque Rouge cabaret show.
Nasheeta teaches bellydance classes for all ages and abilities from
beginner to advanced in private and group settings. 
She is the 2008 MN State Fair Talent contest semi-finalist champion and Finalist performer.
 Nasheeta has performed on the Kare 11 morning show, Arab World Fest in Milwaukee, has a regular show on the Gypsy stage at the MN Renaissance Festival, The Fine Line, a regular Ansari's restaurant
performer and for private events such as weddings, bridal showers,
local cable tv events, haflas and private parties.
 Her special performances include swords, veils, zills, isis wings, canes and veil poi props.
  Nasheeta is also a professional figure skating coach and has two B.A. degrees in psychology and anthropology from Hamline University.
