Summer 2010 Events :  

Fourth Thurs of every month: next date: Sept 23 6:15-7:30pm.  Free class for new students!   Yoga, Meditation & Labyrinth walk.  Hopefully, in sept and maybe oct this class will be outside by the clock tower in Circle Pines (in studio in case of rain)..  Meet at studio at 6pm to walk to labyrinth site together.  Please call to indicate your interest in attending.

Special price of $48/hour massage is always available for elderly and active duty military personnel and families.

  Private Reformer sessions $20 1/2 hour. Then, buy a package of 5 at $30/30 minutes, get the 6th free . 

 

YOGA: Classes are taught at the small, serene Body Prayers Yoga and Massage Studio in Circle Pines, Minnas well as  Sunnyside Park Building in Blaine. location photos The owner and instructor, Hiyala Indiga specializes in individualized attention.  All ages and shapes welcome.  We have props that help you achieve the poses at your ability level.  We also offer private and semi-private instruction at our studio, your home, or place of employment.  Ideal for those who are self conscious about their bodies, for those who have limited abilities due to injury or otherwise, as well as for those who are fit and would like to go deeper into the practice of Yoga.

MASSAGE: Thai and Shiatsu are a clothes on, stretching, acupressure style, Swedish is with oil on the bare skin.  In home massage available, click here
